Fulfillment Complete! Upcoming local events and Local pick Up announcements.

We did it!
At this point, fulfillment for all parts of the world should be done. If you don’t have your games OR a tracking number for your games, you’ll want to reach out.
For Canadian Backers: Reach out to Bridge Distribution: [email protected]
For all other Regions: Reach out to Spiral Galaxy: [email protected]
Overall, fulfillment has gone smoothly and I really appreciate the amazingly positive feedback I’ve heard from backers. Thank you for your patience, support, and trust through this journey. It wasn’t perfectly smooth (I don’t think that’s possible) but I did my best to be transparent and vocal about issues that arose. At the end of the day, I want you to feel good about your purchase and have fun! So far, it looks like I’ve succeeded in that endeavor!
Local Pick Up:
I have a Local Pick-Up / Release Event scheduled for Sunday, November 2nd from 2-3 pm at TableTop Gaming in downtown Syracuse! Come grab the games, play the games, see what's next, and hang out! There will be snacks and drinks provided as well as a full bar and food options from the host. FB Event Page is here
I will also be coming to Millennium Games in Rochester, NY on Saturday, November 8th from 1-5pm. Millennium is the largest game store in the entire US! If you've never been, I swear it is worth the trip! I'll be on the floor with a demo table showing off the games, which will be for sale there. If you want to do local pick up there, please reach out to me ahead of time so that I make sure to bring the stock with me.
Well, that's it for this short update. Thank you again for your support!

Heritage Farms: Stickers, Tape, and putting it all back.

– Wed, Oct 15, 2025 at 11:58:13 AM
I apologize for the frequency of these updates, but I do want to address issues as they come up. This will be a brief update focusing on Heritage Farms.
How do I get this back in the Mint Tin?!
There's a lot of stuff in that tin! And getting it back in can be tricky. Here's how I manage.
What are the stickers for?
The instructions are actually on the back of the sticker sheet (not in the rulebook). The idea is to put the foxes on the red cubes, the chickens and zombie chickens on opposite sides of white cubes, and corn and poison corn on opposite sides of the yellow cubes. They are only strictly needed for the advanced modes, but can add some fun theme to the base game as well.
Possible Issues:
A couple of you have sent me pictures of these tins arriving opened when you get them. Sorry about that! Check your components carefully if this happens to you.
Some of the copies I received also had tape on them. As with Dice Clash, be careful when removing the tape to avoid damaging the graphics.
If you are missing any pieces or anything is damaged and you want a replacement, please reach out to QML.
Overall, there seems to be very few issues arising.
Solo Mode Confusion:
I've been answering questions over on BGG. One issue that came up was some confusion around the set-up for Elmer in the solo mode. Note that the set-up example is from the Blue Player's Perspective but that Elmer is Blue in the solo mode, so you need to set up from the point of view of the Orange Player. Quickly, whatever color you are, your Farms should be oriented so you can read them to your left, and your Markets to the right. You can simply flip the rulebook upside down to see the perspective and set-up for the Orange Player / solo mode.
I'll be back with Local Pick Up news soon. Canadians, let me know when you get your games!
US Fulfillment has begun!

In this update I'll be covering: US fulfillment starting, how to deal with the tape and tape residue on Dice Clash, Canadian fulfillment, Local Pick Up updates, Cuse Con, Retro Game Con, and what's next.
US Fulfillment has begun!
The games have arrived!
US fulfillment is in full swing! You should soon (or may already have) receive tracking information as the games get packed and sent out from Quartermaster Fulfillment. Please, if you have any issues, questions, or needs related to fulfillment, damages, replacement requests, etc, fill out the webform here or email: [email protected] .. You are, of course, more than welcome to reach out to me too, but it will probably be quicker to try them first.
I received a pallet load of games and accessories yesterday and I must say: everything looks gorgeous! Hopefully you've been seeing the comments from backers who have already received the games and the quality you can expect. There is one quality issue I am aware of that relates to Dice Clash specifically.
Dice Clash Tape Issue:
Because of some previous issues (that are no longer issues) with everything not fitting in the tin, Dice Clash is the only game that is shipping with tape keeping it shut. It not only has that tape, but has some left over residue from the previous tape that had to be removed when the dice were exchanged. This is annoying and I apologize. It is fixable though!
Here's what I've found works best:
1) If the tape is not overlapping the graphics on the front or back cover: you should be able to remove it without an issue.
2) If the tape is overlapping graphics on the front and/or back: Make sure the tape is warm before carefully removing it. This will help keep it from damaging the graphics when removed. A hair dryer on a lowest setting can help.
3) Dealing with the residue: Use a regular tissue and just rub it off vigorously. It takes a little bit of elbow grease, but it comes off and will look good as new.
Again, apologies for this. From what I can see with the copies I received (123 of them) the tape overlapping the graphics is a rare issue.
Canadian Fulfillment:
All games have made it to the Bridge Distribution warehouse, have been checked in, orders imported, and shipping labels created. They are estimating to start fulfillment on Friday. You should start receiving shipping notifications soon. I really appreciate your patience as I navigated this. In the future, I hope to work with a dedicated Canadian fulfillment hub, but will need enough backers in that region to justify it.
Local Pick Up:
I'm in conversations with Play the Game Read the Story in Syracuse and Millennium Games in Rochester to set up some dates. I still don't have the "when" nailed down. That said, if you are heading to RetroGameCon this weekend, you can pick them up from me at Booth T16.
I got my games, now what?
Play them!! And hey, if you want to help me out, rate them on BGG (honest ratings are always welcomed and encouraged), post pictures on Instagram, talk about them in the Facebook Group or on the Galen's Games Discord, and convince your local retailer that they should carry them! All help is appreciated.
The games all also have TTS (Tabletop Simulator) versions to play with friends online. Some of these will also be the first place to see and test out upcoming expansion material!
Table set up. Unfortunately only demos of the Mint Tins available
That's an Order gets 2 thumbs up!
Designers Corey and Donnie take Kickabout for a spin
A game that you won't be able to get for about 2 years: Rettir.
Mint Mechs!!
Cuse Con 2025 was a blast! This is an amazing local convention that had a pretty sizeable showing of big designers. Lots of drooling and anticipation for the Mint Tins to show up, and great playtests and demos of the next batch of games slated for a February Kickstarter.
RetroGameCon:
This weekend, October 10th - 12th, I will be vending at RetroGameCon in Syracuse, NY. If you're around, come visit me at Table T16!
That's it for now. Have fun with those games that will be arriving soon! We're finally here!
Thanks! Galen
Quick October Update: You will have your games soon! Oh, Canada Part 2.

I have limited time but I wanted to get some important info out to you quickly....
Games are at QML:
The games and accessories have all arrived at QML (Quartermaster Logistics), they've been counted in, I've approved the test pack, and we are moving forward with fulfillment! What happens now?
1) In the next few days to a week you should be receiving an email from QML confirming your address. This will be your final opportunity to update your address and shipping information. 2) In the next 2 weeks, maybe sooner: QML will start shipping out the games! Hooray!
Canada:
Long story short: my fulfillment estimate for you guys was kind of insane, so I shopped around a bit while waiting for the games to arrive. I'm partnering with Bridge Distribution to fulfill Canadian orders. QML will be shipping the games to them very soon (I currently see that the order is being worked on) and they say they will be able to start fulfillment right away upon receiving the games. I appreciate your patience.
What to expect in the next update which I will do soon:
Local pick-up confirmation
Best way to deal with the adhesive on Dice Clash
How to handle any replacement and damage issues
Re-cap of CuseCon
Something important I'm sure I am forgetting right now.
